WHAT IS A PAPER CUP MACHINE – STRUCTURE AND WORKING PRINCIPLE

DEFINITION AND FUNCTION

A paper cup machine automatically forms printed or blank PE/PLA-coated paper into finished cups.
The system performs paper feeding, side sealing, bottom insertion, heating, curling, and cup discharge in a continuous process - ensuring fast and stable production.

HOW PAPER CUP MACHINES WORK

Paper Feeding: sheet-fed blanks are delivered automatically.
Side Sealing: heat or ultrasonic bonding forms the cup wall.
Bottom Insertion & Sealing: the base is positioned and sealed precisely.
Top Curling: rim is rolled for strength and comfort.
Cup Ejection & Counting: finished cups are stacked automatically.

C600M Medium-speed machine is a highly cost-effective paper cup machine,equipped with a PLC control system, photoelectric sensor detection.
B600 model machine is designed for paper bowl making,able to make single and double PE coated beverage bowls.
FW70S model machine is designed for Square and Rectangular Paper Bowls or Cup Making.

C600M Medium-speed machine (≈120 cups/min) for 2–10 oz cups making,is ideal for beverage and take-away cup producing.

B600 Paper Bowl Machine is developed from three turn-plates old type bowl machine,achieves a manufacturing speed of 50-60pcs/min.

FW70S square bowl machine produces pre-heated square bowls and is specially designed for the economical production of square bowls at speeds of up to 80 square bowls per minute.
